TERMS OF USE

All graphics and images contained in this download are copyrighted by Dianne Rigdon with all
rights reserved. By purchasing this downloadable item, you have obtained a license to use the graphics contained in this download according to the limitations described herein. You are required to abide by the terms of this user license at all times.

Under a Personal Use License, you may:

…use all graphics within this download for personal use only. Please provide proper
credit and a link back to this site for any publication, whether in a gallery, forum, or
print setting.

…use the graphics to design your own personal blog header, assuming that you do not
use your blog for commercial, i.e. money making purposes of any kind. Credits still
required.

…contact us for permission to use these graphics in any way than is not clearly
outlined in these terms.

…use these graphics for scrapbooking submissions and publications, providing that
proper credit to Dianne Rigdon is always given.

…alter the graphics in respect to size and coloration only. Credit is still requested for
any and all altered graphics or portions thereof.

In addition, under a Scrap-4-hire License*, you may:

… use these graphics to create one-of-a-kind individually scrapped pages for a single
client in a scrap-4-hire situation. This license does not apply to working and/or professional photographers and/or web designers.

…give credit for these graphics to your customers whenever possible.

…only provide a flattened JPG version of the scrapped page(s) to each client.

On products clearly labeled as CU or Commercial Use, you may:

…use the products for any professional endeavor without credit, with the exception of creating other commercial use products. See below.

…use these products in the creation of digital scrapbook designs, paper scrapbook designs, website design, and promotional design without limitation.

…no credit is required.

On products clearly labeled as CU or Commercial Use, you may NOT:

… create new professional or commercial use with this product.

… create and distribute freebies created with this product.

…redistribute these products in their current form.

Professional Photographers and Web Designers may apply for a special license under the following conditions:

… these graphics may be used to create original, one-of-a-kind individually crafted designs for a single client. This license does not include design of pre-made templates of any kind.

… provide credit and link back whenever possible.

…only provide a 72 dpi/ppi version of the design to your client, flattened is preferred.

…pay all associated licensing fees prior to usage. Arrangements to be made during the application process.

…apply at dianne@diannerigdon.com, subject line: Professional Design License. I reserve the right to decline any application based on my personal preference.

Additional General Conditions:
No license provides permission to share or redistribute these files in any format other than is prescribed above. You may not turn any of the graphics into tubes, stamps, brushes, blinkies, banners, web graphics,templates, photography templates, or scrapbook product (digital or otherwise) outside of the provisions set forth above and sell them, give them away, or claim them as your own. You may not redistribute, disburse, share, download, copy, link, or give away these graphics in any way, shape, or form at any time. or offer these graphics for download, or otherwise include them in an email group or newsgroup for download, copying, or sharing.

* Blog designers may use these designs under a Scrap-4-Hire License in creation of personal blogs for hire under the conditions that a). each product used is repurchased for every design commission and b). all other Scrap-4-Hire License conditions are met. However, Blog*Togs are for personal use only and are not included under any Scrap-4-Hire Licensing.

**Professional License and Professional Use items may also be referred to as P.L., C.U. or Commercial Use. Regardless of the terminology, the limitations contained in this document still apply, unless other specific arrangements are arranged prior with the designer.
