She Knew…

Have you seen the new collab dealiebobber at Scrap Artist?! It’s Amazing, Death-Defying, and MORE! Well, for sure, it’s amazing. ;) What a privilege to be involved in this kind of project. Artist Kelly Barton (The Happy Girl Shop,The Camp) graciously allowed us to play in her paint box a little bit. We used her amazing art for inspiration and have created a mega smorgasbord of scrappy pleasure for you. Here are a few images to whet your whistle:

There are also several digital works by the artist, Kelly Barton, herself!

My inspiration came from one of her pieces entitled “She knew”….I love that she didn’t finish the sentence, that each person brings with them the end of that sentence, and the possibilities are endless. From that, I (typically) chose to paint a rosy picture. :) I chose to finish it this way “… as sure as the sky was blue, that today would be the day.” Just like life, they are a little bit messy, unpredictable, but nonetheless delightful!

And I remembered this time! Buy the whole set together for less! :)
